Who handles enquiries
Enquiries are handled by CONT LLC, OGRN 1115029008918, INN 5029155623. Address: 11 Troitskaya St., premises 5A, Mytishchi, Moscow Region, 141021, Russia.
What information CONT receives
Your name, company, email, phone number, task description and attached documents, to the extent you provide them. The enquiry date, selected language and consent record are also stored.
What it is used for
To review your task, prepare for a project discussion and contact you about your enquiry. The form does not request consent to advertising mailings.
Who has access
Enquiries and attachments are stored in the enquiry system. Staff assigned the administrator or registrar role can view them. There is no public directory of enquiries or attachments.
Technical spam protection
The system limits submission frequency using a hashed IP value that changes every hour. Technical counters have an expiry time and are cleared when new requests are processed.
Questions about an enquiry
To correct details, withdraw an enquiry or request its deletion, email info@cont.engineering. Include the enquiry reference if available. You can also contact CONT on +7 995 301-93-13.
